By partnering with smallholder coffee farmers in the Lwengo district and operating our own estate, we’ve created opportunities for economic growth and self-sufficiency. Through fair trade practices and equitable partnerships, we ensure that farmers receive fair compensation for their hard work, empowering them to improve their livelihoods and support their families.

Social Enterprise
Our Ntinda roastery facility is utilized by approximately 50 other coffee enterprises , majority of which are owned by women and youth , at the heart of our operation is a deep commitment to empowering women and youth, 10% of our proceeds are directly channeled towards a social cause to stop child labor and support a woman’s economic empowerment projects.
Furthermore our workforce reflects this commitment: 90% of our staff are youth , 80% are women and women hold leadership positions within the company.
