Our Impact
At KIMCO, we are transforming lives through coffee by empowering women and youth, working with over 600 smallholder farmers, 40% of whom are women.
Women make up 60% of our workforce and 80% of our top leadership, while 80% of our staff are youth, creating opportunities for inclusive employment and leadership.
Beyond our own operations, we support over 60 coffee enterprises to build their brands through our Roastery, helping strengthen Uganda’s coffee industry and expand opportunities across the value chain.
