Coffee Starts Long Before the Harvest
Exceptional coffee doesn’t begin at harvest; it begins years earlier.
Every coffee tree on our farm starts with carefully selected seeds and healthy seedlings. Throughout the year, our team nurtures and manages the coffee using sustainable farming practices designed to improve quality while protecting the environment.
We use banana trees to provide natural shade and to maintain beehives that support pollination and biodiversity across our farm.

These practices help us produce healthy coffee trees and exceptional coffee cherries year after year.
From cherry to cup, coffee quality is determined by the details.
Every harvest season, which typically runs from May to August, the peak season, and from November to January, the fly crop, our coffee cherries are carefully monitored until they reach full ripeness. The signal is unmistakable: a deep, vibrant red colour and a sweet, juicy pulp that indicate peak flavour development.
Only the finest cherries make it to the next stage: Two Processing Methods, both with a Commitment to Quality. To meet the needs of different buyers, we produce both natural and fully washed Robusta coffee.
Natural Process Robusta
Our natural coffees are hand-picked, sorted, cleaned, floated, and slowly dried on raised beds before being hulled, graded, and prepared for export.
This process enhances sweetness, body, and fruit-forward characteristics.
Fully Washed Robusta
For our washed coffees, ripe cherries are hand-picked before being pulped, fermented, washed, dried, hulled, and carefully sorted.
The result is a cleaner cup profile with remarkable clarity and balance.
Regardless of the processing method, quality remains our highest priority.
Complete Control, Complete Traceability Unlike many coffee suppliers, Kimco Coffee manages every stage of production on-site.
We grow coffee on our own estate, source additional beans from over 104 smallholder farmers, and process coffee using our own washing station and hulling facilities.
This vertical integration allows us to maintain strict quality standards, preserve freshness, and ensure complete traceability from farm to export.
